hee... the only thing i can think of commenting on is... i did like the bulkiness of her first design you paintstakingly did though X3 it makes her realistic & believable. I like the idea that she isn't one of those "Lookit me~ I am a sweet, adorable, skinny girl who can somehow, miraculously, lug around a sniper rifle twice my weight that will dislocate my shoulder evertime i shoot it."
of course, she's no skinny here~ XD She seems to have a medium build :3 So yeah~ I think the design is perfectly fine X3 It's just playing with proportions~ hehe...

And I don't know if it's perspective on the legs, but her torso seems a little too long, as if her waist is a little too far down. And the perspective makes the right leg look to far away, but I like it so much I don't want you to change it. The detail is just mind-blowing.
I love how you've made the transformation so obvious, and I really like her leg design. Nice job Pandachan, for makind such a cool character! ^_^
